MEET JULIANNE

My name is Julianne Ivy, and I live in Mississippi. My husband and I have a beautiful baby girl that we absolutely adore, along with four animals that are like our babies. We enjoy spending time at the lake as well as completing DIY projects around our home. I love to learn new things, and I do not let challenges stop me. Also, I enjoy working with technology and various software systems like Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word. 
As far as work experience goes, I have spent the majority of my professional career working in the pharmaceutical field, but I have spent the last three years in banking. Therefore, I am experienced and excel at: customer service and support, processing and fulfilling orders, managing calendars and travel arrangements, editing and proofreading documents, managing emails, inputting data, and creating content for social media. I perform all of the preceding tasks with superior quality and in a timely manner.

MEET KATHERINE

My name is Katherine Ivy. I love to travel with my husband and spend time with my son. I have a Master of Arts degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, which I completed with a 3.97 G.P.A. Additionally, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi, which I completed with a 4.0 G.P.A. I am very technologically savvy, and I am a reliable, dependable worker.

 I have over six years of administrative experience. I've worked virtually as a freelancer for the past year and a half performing various administrative duties and marketing related tasks. I also freelance as a virtual English teacher. I enjoy researching and collecting data for projects. Also, I enjoy the writing and editing process, and I have experience writing and proofreading documents. Additionally, I excel at customer service, arranging travel, managing emails, handling social media pages, making phone calls, and organizing calendars. I've worked as a Virtual Assistant through a well-known freelance company, and I have served clients in Colorado, Georgia, and Texas. I look forward to working with you soon!
